Besty Home offers a refund policy parallel to the law implemented by the United Arab Emirates legislation and consumer rights by the Department of Economic Development.
In order to be eligible to get a refund on purchases made less than the past 14 days, any of the following criteria should be met:
- A specific reason to return or exchange an item
- The Purchased product has a fault or a defect
- The item is not the same as described, or on a label or sign, or in an advertisement
- The Product is not suitable for the customer’s intended use as described before purchase
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after purchasing your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, proof of purchase, or order number.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Warranty and Returns
BESTY HOME reserves the right to refuse a return / refund request.
Please make your claims for “damaged items on delivery” or missing items within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. If you decide to return your purchase, you can do so within 3 days after your purchase. The following conditions apply:

- All returned items must be in new condition (AS SOLD CONDITION), in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
- Goods must be complete, unused, and in ‘AS NEW’ condition as received. If the box has been opened, we cannot return the item.
- Include the invoice with the return. If the goods are defective, please specify the defect, in a separate sheet of paper and attach it along with the invoice. Please DO NOT write or mark anywhere on the product’s factory packing (carton) or product itself.
- Goods must be returned to our Returns Department either by yourself or sent by a courier.
- Delivery charges for returning an item(s) are to be paid and are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be done only after we receive & verify the items.
Refunds will be done on the original mode of payment used.
Return of the products is only possible within the first three days of the date of delivery according to the terms and conditions given herein.
Please note that you should be extremely careful while receiving the products. Our team is doing a complete safety checkup before sending the shipment & will not provide any compensation in case of any physical damage occurring from the customer. If damage is occurred during the shipment process, the customer should immediately contact us when the product is received.
Dead on Arrival and Faulty Goods
